Yes returns happen, it’s ok. We want all our customers satisfied.
If you want to return an order, write us an email to email@example.com with your order number within 30 days of the ship date. We only accept unopened bottles, unless the items are faulty or not as described.
You don't need to explain anything, simply email us and we'll help you through all the steps. No questions asked. No restocking fees.
Here's how it works
- Send us an email within 30 days of the ship date,
- Wait for our answer,
- Put the unopened bottles in a box,
- Use the pre-paid return shipping label we provided you,
- Mail us the packaging,
- When we get the package we’ll refund the value of your order.
Mistake or cancellation
If you received a package with an error, a wrong order, damaged in shipping, or a general mistake on our part, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item back from you.
